Professional with a 15+ years demonstrated history of working in the management consulting, technology and telecommunication industries. She has joint T-Mobile Polska in 2015 as Vendor/ Contract manager and developed into leadership role. She is currently responsible for IT processes, vendors and licenses management, IT transparency incl. budgetary matters.  In her career she was working across cultures, in multinational environments, on-site and remote (responsible for local agreements' implementation process in 130+ countries). With experience in contract drafting, negotiations and operational vendor management, she has a unique skillset and knowledge letting her successfully manage technology vendors. She has played a key role in IT outsourcing project implementation and various optimization initiatives in TMPL as she spots opportunities where others don’t. She has driven key company initiatives, participated in functional & technology transformation(s) and delivered financial and operational results.
