Martyna Stypik

Since joining Roche in 2019, Martyna has been involved in various ERP projects, implemented globally to aid the company’s operations across the world. Currently a member of the compliance team looking after one of the biggest SAP implementations in the pharmaceutical industry, she works on a daily basis with testers, engineers, and project managers to ensure swift delivery of a compliant solution. As a lifelong learner and enthusiast of innovation, she’s now working on automating several compliance processes to help drive swift delivery. When she’s not upskilling or working on her project, she’s involved in multiple DEI initiatives, including but not limited to co-leading the Polish chapter of the company’s LGBTQIA+ employee network.
