As the Country Business Manager of Wealth and Personal Banking Technology in Poland, I lead a dynamic team of business managers, driving growth and innovation in our operations. Managing a big team comes with its challenges, but I find immense satisfaction in guiding and empowering my colleagues to reach their full potential. Beyond the boardroom and lecture hall, my wanderlust has taken me to 67 countries, each one offering a new perspective and adventure.
