With over a decade of experience in various industries, I have developed skills in leadership, communication, and organizational development. Currently, I am working in Testing practice, being responsible for People Management and coordination of Security Community, in which we increase employees’ awareness on cybersecurity threats. As a manager, I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals feel empowered to take ownership of their development. The role of coach (background from SWPS post diploma studies) gave me an opportunity to use my flexible approach and work closely with people on their professional and personal challenges. Additionally, I hold a role of women community leader, where we create a space for all women to exchange their experience and unlock their full potential. During my professional career I had an occasion as well to coordinate numerous of volunteering activities, which provided me with various skills applicable in business, such as informal leadership, networking, team building and collaboration in diverse environment. Privately, I am mother of 3-year old boy, cinema enthusiast and water lover.
