During his career spanning over 15 years, Mateusz has garnered extensive expertise in Marketing, Event, PR, Sport, and Media, making him a versatile and well-rounded industry expert. Throughout this illustrious journey, he has played integral roles in numerous projects as both a team member and project manager. His experience includes introducing new sales products, optimizing IT processes, and managing the work of people at events such as the European Games 2023 or The World Games 2017, among many other projects.

Over the past two years, Mateusz has been at the forefront of driving AI innovation and Marketing Automation within the cross-functional team at 3M. He has led the initiative to consolidate the global translation process by delivering and improving AI tools for over 100 languages.
