Karolina Łukasik

Karolina was always planning to work in an embassy somewhere in Latin America. But a 3 months’ summer HR internship changed everything. Soon she fell in love with Human Resources area and developed in different FMCG companies. She joined 3M over 10 years ago and was holding different positions in various HR areas like: Talent Development, Recruitment, HR Business partner.

At the current position she is supporting managers and employees in different HR topics in both Sales & Marketing and Shared Service organizations.

Karolina is also a co-Chair for Women’s Leadership Forum, whose mission is to accelerate the inclusion and advancement of all women.

Karolina graduated International Relations on Warsaw University.

She is married, has two children. Loves cooking, reading crime novels and Spanish culture. One day she will move to Barcelona.
