Aleksandra Dziedzicka

Aleksandra is the Engineering Manager at Tech Hub Poland, one of Volvo Cars' 4 technology centres worldwide. In recent years she was focused on project and team management in telecommunications and automotive industries. Currently is responsible for a group of teams that work on development of few generations of Infotainment systems at Volvo Cars. Main scope of her teams are Basetech functions such as software download and diagnostics.

Aleksandra is a leadership and management enthusiast, focused on achieving results and passionate about enabling people to grow and reach satisfaction in professional life. Holding Master’s degree and PhD in Political and Human sciences, and completing postgraduate studies in project management, Aleksandra evolved in her career from marketing expert to Project Manager, Product Owner and Engineering Manager.

Privately she spends her free time with family, including two daughters, on hiking, travelling and making the best quality time together.
