Anna Jabłońska

Is the technology business all about technology? Not according to Anna Jabłońska. After managing and monitoring 150+ IT projects over 18+ years, she believes the people building and using technology are far more important. As a leader, she strives to put herself into the shoes of clients and teammates in order to create an environment of trust and transparency in which everyone's interest align. She sees taking ownership, staying agile, communicating transparently, and encouraging people to step up as key success factors.

Now at Lingaro Group, an end-to-end data services provider to global enterprises, she heads up the BI Reporting Competency Center and the company's site in Poland. She has worked in a wide range of technology fields, including business intelligence, data management, and process automation. This year, she joined the latest edition of the Women Talent Pool Program organized by the European Network for Women in Leadership.
