Iwona Pawłowska-Kieca

I am a working woman, wife and mother with passion! I joined Mondi Świecie in 2018. I started my journey as a CI Manager in the huge mill with 6 Paper Machnes and surroundings managed mainly by man. This role was demanding and very inspiring at the same time. 

I have a lot of experience before Mondi. I worked in finance department in TE Connectivity Bydgoszcz plant. After completing my eMBA studies I decided - it's time for a change I switched to CI journey. Since 2018, I have been introducing operational excellence tools to eliminate losses arising in the following processes: 6S, Visual Factory, SMED, TPM, kaizens - employees recognition programm, problem solving (RCFA),  etc. In 2023 Mondi HR proposed for me Female Leaders workshop. It is amazing how I gained courage and self-confidence. I completed postgraduate studies in papermaking this year.

Privately, I am also the mother of a 25-year-old daughter and a 20-year-old son, and I have been happily married for many years. Five times per week I am going to the gym and on my dance classes. From time to time, you can see my on a dance competition in the in beautiful ballrooms.
