Małgorzata Kujawska -Zemla

Gosia Kujawska-Zemła, graduated from international relations and diplomacy, and then from postgraduate studies in Project Management. 

She is a people person and a problem solver, not a techie.

She’s been working full time in various IT corporations since 2006, starting during her college, at the age of 21. She held Crisis Manager/Major Incident Manager position for several years. Service Level Management and Continual Service Improvement is her favourite part of business.

She joined HSBC in 2019 as a dedicated IT Service Owner for Global Public Web Services, in WPB. She held this role for 4,5 years.

Currently Gosia is holding the global ITSO Enablement Lead role, within Enterprise Technology department, contributing to Production Service Excellence function across 4 service lines: Colleague Experience, Core Banking, Finance IT, Risk and Compliance, leading a service path to excellence for nearly 400 ITSOs worldwide.

After hours she’s passionate about music. She is a publishing artist, singer, lyricist and composer, executive music producer. Gosia also owns a boutique record label Klamka Music Records, helping niche artist at the beginning of their music career.
