Małgorzata Kolton

Małgorzata Zofia Kolton – vice president of the European Packaging Division at Henkel Adhesive Technologies. She began her career at Henkel in 2021, where she now leads the development and transformation of the European business, working with the packaging industry. She has extensive international experience, having held operational and management positions in various markets spanning Asia, South America, Africa and Europe. Prior to joining Henkel, Margaret worked for 17 years at Tetra Pak and at BrainPower Factory, which she founded.
