Ewa Krawczuk

I have been with Mondi since 2002. I started work in the production department at converting machines. Compared to my previous experience, Mondi impressed me with its safety standards and clear career development opportunities. In the subsequent years of my work I evolved from production worker through laboratory clerk to Quality Specialist and Shift Manager and finally to the presently occupied position of Continuous Improvement Manager. Each of these positions gave me a different perspective  on the production  process and  team management, and  enabled me to acquire knowledge at the same time. Such a career path, with its beginning in the production department enabled me to get a fine understanding of paper-making and cardboard industry. Teams with which I cooperated were very different and included quite a few, if not dozens of various personalities. The nature of my work corelates to my abilities and each new day brings new challenges, which makes my work invariably interesting. I work in a team of production-technical specialists whom I value and support feeling part of the team.
