Held various managerial positions in business, corporate marketing, HR and business transformation in Poland and East Europe Region. Most recently responsible for Corporate Communications, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Social Responsibility. One of the leaders of the 3M Women Leadership Forum. Certified Organizational Change Management Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
