Dominika Piosik

Dominika is a Senior Product Manager working towards a more sustainable future at Bayer Crop Science. Her current focus is on building an internal data platform to improve customer experience by increasing availability, reliability, and quality of data using cloud-based solutions.

A Computing Science graduate, Dominika started her career as a data analyst and software developer. Passionate about user experience and good design, she shifted into product management, tapping onto her previous experience of managing educational projects in higher education and leading an NGO. In her work, she embraces Agile practices to deliver value to customers, adopting a servant leadership style.
