Antonina Chomicz

As a Talent Partner at Visa, Antonina leads the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the EMEA region, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify and attract the best talent for the open banking platform. She also contributes to the development and implementation of the employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and talent retention strategies, aligning them with the company's vision and values.

Antonina has a strong background in HR, talent acquisition, and people advisory, with over five years of experience in international startup and fintech settings. She has successfully built and led talent acquisition functions, executed technical hiring plans, and advised senior management and C-level executives on HR matters. She holds a MSc in International Business from Poznan University of Economics, and has participated in exchange programs at IPADE Business School, University of Valencia, and UiT- The Arctic University of Norway. She is fluent in English, Norwegian, Spanish and Polish, and I have a passion for learning new languages and cultures.
