Magdalena Gruszecka

I graduated from the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Warsaw University of Technology. I have gained professional experience in various industries and fields, such as IVR Development, Project and Team Management, and IT consulting in cloud technologies. This has allowed me to acquire diverse skills as well as to identify my strengths and weaknesses. As an Agile Team Coach, I lead IT teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. I work in the area of applications supporting employee development (Talent Management, Skill Development) as well as production and manufacturing (integration of factory systems with central systems). My past experiences have taught me that change is the only constant in life, and every day is a new adventure and challenge. In my free time, I walk my dog, read books, play board and computer games, or bake high-calorie delicacies.
