Magdalena Pozorek

Magdalena Pozorek is an SAP expert specialized in purchasing area. She did her master’s degree in business administration at Warsaw University of Technology.  

Currently holding a position of Chapter Lead of Source to Pay team in Bosch Digital Hub Poland, works on  SAP S/4 Public Cloud implementations. She has gained a lot of experience in the international projects for various customers in the leading roles as SAP consultants and project manager at including SAP Poland, Acccenture. Magdalena is fervent advocate for purchasing digital transformation including cloud and AI solutions which she has actively promoting.  

Her professional passion lies in promoting women in leadership roles and jobs, supporting in talents in personal development and motivated people to take a next step in their career. Additionally, she has initiated internal event series to support work’s effectiveness, women personal development and is a mentor in Mother Empower program organized by Bosch and Mamo Pracuj foundation.  
She firmly believes that effective communication is crucial to build fundamental pillars for achieving organizational objectives and customer trust with relation during projects.
