Zuzana Hyniová

Hello, my name is Zuzana I am from Czech Prague. I have studied Chemistry engineering in Prague and Copenhagen. My leadership purpose is: Bringing my true self with energy, freedom and passion to grow myself and others. My core values are: Hope and optimism, Authenticity, Life long learning.

All my career (15+ years) in engineering in:   2 companies: P&G 11 years, Mars Wrigley 4 years

•        Regional, global and site engineering roles
•        Lived and worked in three countries
•        Worked with multiple countries and cultures across Europe, Middle East and Africa
•        Currently living in France and working mainly with UK

My MARS story:

•        Member of Regional engineering leadership team in Europe
•        Started in 2020 as French cluster engineering leader leading team of engineers in France delivering all projects there
•        Then became France- Netherlands  and Germany engineering cluster leader – larger team (20+ engineers), 5 sites, larger capital scope
•        Since 2022 responsible for Bar capacity projects across Europe, making sure our bar facilities are ready for the future
