Maxime Limpens

Hello, my name is Maxime and I have been working in Mars for over 21 years and have Production and Engineering Management diploma from Mine de Douai, France.

I have started my career at Mars as Extruder Operator in 2003 in Cambrain France. In 2005 I moved to the role of Junior Engineer and after almost 3 years in this position I moved to Poland where I took role of Packaging Engineer in Royal Canin Niepołomice olant. After 2 years in this role I was promoted to Packaging Manager and in 2011 I became Supply Chain Factory Manager. My next role was Operations Manager that led me to Operations Director role in Niepołomice plant. In 2020 I moved back to France for a role of Plant Director in Biesheim. Last year I moved back to Poland and took role of Plant Director in Janaszówek plant.
