Madeleine Leuf

Hello, my name is Madaleine, and I am a Global Engineering Program Lead at Royal Canin at Mars. In terms of life I live with my partner, I am a mother of 2. I am a fan of Yoga, Crossfit, Nature & Gardening and traveling.

I am working for over 16 years at Mars now, starting my career at Mars as Supply Chain Production Planner & Scheduler. After two years I moved to the Project leader role for the SAP Implementation which led me to my next role of Value Stream Manager / Shift Manager. In 2012 I’ve taken firs career break to focus on parenting and came back year later as Supply chain Manager. In 2014 I’ve taken another parental break to come as Lean and Continuous Improvement Coach for Royal Canin at Mars. Since that I worked as Industrial Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager and since 2023 as Global Engineering Program Leader.
