Małgorzata Kowalska- Niklaus

Hello my name is Małgorzata and I am a Value Stream Manager at Mars Poznań Plant. I have been working in Mars/Wrigley since 2007. To summarize my story I can say that I have 1 husband, 3 kids, one dog and had over 11 roles in my career. Same year I got married I started job as Business Manager in PressitOn. For my next role I moved to Aquanet to work as financial controller. My next role was in Wrigley (now Mars Wrigley) as Financial Analyst that started 10 years in Wrigley/Mars for me. Between 2007–2017 I was working in 4 different roles as Lean Specialist, Shift Area Manager and Lean Manufacturing Manager. In the meantime I’ve finished Postgraduate Studies in Lean Management. In 2017 for short time I’ve left Mars to work in Amazon as Area Manager. Since 2022, I am back at Mars as Value Stream Manager and before taking role of Senior Technical Lead.
