Ewa Królik

My name is Ewa Królik and I’ve been working at Mars for over 17 years. I started in 2007 in SOC Research & Development team as Product Implementation Technologist. After 10 years in R&D and many successful projects in Jan 2017 I moved to Manufacturing, first as Production Support Leader in DRY Petfood Factory and later as Production Support Manager in WET Petfood Factory responsible for Copacking Team (50+ people) and over usage reduction and efficiency improvement on the new pouch lines.

In 2020 I joined Sochaczew Leadership Team as Mars Supply Excellence & SIG Manager. Last three years I was part of Site Leadership Team in Błonie - new, greenfield site where I successfully built an excellent Research and Development team from the ground up and, together, we made a huge contribution to the factory's successful startup. Currently I have been working as Operations Manager in SOC Wet Petfood Factory managing the team of almost 500 associates.

In each role the most important are people who I work with and their development as well as inclusive and divers environment. I am passionate about it, proud to see them growing and happy to be part of their career.
