Marina Roemhild

I am Marina, based in Germany, working for Mars since 8 years.

My current job is Sr. Digital Project Deployment Manager, where I am responsible for the deployment of digital technologies in Mars Europe (e.g. new systems/reports, new interfaces, deployment of bots etc.). My background is in Industrial Engineering and Production Management, but I decided to join the Digital Technologies Team last year, as I am very interested in digitalization of processes and digital future of work.

My previous jobs in Mars were Industrial Engineering Manager and Supply Chain Leader for European Region.

Before Mars I have studied Engineering and Economics and gained some practical expertise through internships in Unilever, Jungheinrich and Rütgers Chemicals.

I am very passionate about supporting women development in tech roles. As someone who recognizes the great value that women bring to the field of technology, I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where women feel empowered and excel in their careers. I am committed to breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for women in the tech industry, aiming to contribute to a more diverse and equitable future for all.
