Lori Fisher

Lori has worked in the IT industry for 19 years. After graduating from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland with a Degree is Software Engineering Lori spent several years as a programmer before moving into leadership roles. Lori is currently responsible for 14 Software Development teams globally, as Senior Director for Digital Acceptance at Visa. Lori’s passion extends beyond technology; she is an advocate for servant leadership and emphasizes the importance of a healthy work-life balance for engineering teams. When she’s not immersed in her professional responsibilities, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, two sons, and two dogs.
