Kamila Staryga

Kamila Staryga is an entrepreneur and product executive with 15 years of cutting-edge innovation experience, specializing in women’s health and AI. Before founding Rita Health, she spent most of her career incubating new products: life sciences advancements at X; a high-tech micro radar chip technology at ATAP - a mobile innovation lab that Regina Dugan was running at Google, and at a world-leading women’s health startup - Flo Health. She holds an engineering master's degree from the University of Cambridge and continues leadership and medical executive education at Harvard. For her work at Singularity University, she received the MIT Innovators Under 35 award. She advises Manta Ray Ventures on life science investments.
