Krystyna Jarek

AI innovation expert. Author of academic publications in AI, including the globally popular article Marketing and Artificial Intelligence. Founder of Booster of Innovation, a strategy boutique that creates world-class growth models, innovation, and training programmes based on over 20 years of experience in global organisations such as ING Bank, SABMiller plc, and Deloitte. For the past two years, Krystyna has served as Chief Innovation Officer at Deloitte Central Europe, responsible for developing and implementing innovation across 18 countries and five Deloitte business lines. Krystyna is affiliated with Kozminski University, where she teaches students applications of artificial intelligence, innovation design, and innovation in ESG. Krystyna is a PhD student working on her dissertation on human-machine interaction (AI). Booster of Innovation, since 2019, has carried out projects in the area of innovation for companies such as ING Bank, BNP Paribas, Tauron Polska Energia, Polpharma, Orange Polska, and Lotte Wedel. Since 2024, Krystyna has been a Partner at ThinkTank, responsible for creating innovation strategies.
