Christiane Floyd

Christiane Floyd, born in Vienna 1943, was a professor in software engineering at TU Berlin and the University of Hamburg. She was the first female professor in the field of computing in the German-speaking countries. She stands for a human centred approach to software
development and technology assessment, and has been active in ICT for Development in Ethiopia.
