Jan Małolepszy

Jan is the VP Engineering, Poland, and Site Lead for Pegasystems Poland branch. He is responsible for seamless operations of the branch and focused on the main asset company has, that is people.

Jan studied Computer Science at Jagiellonian University. With over 28 years of experience in IT industry, including different technical roles and leadership positions, Jan brings a track record of supporting successful teams and individuals.

His core values are trust, openness, and transparency. He believes in building relationships at work that make a workplace you always want to come back. He also believes in servant leadership and takes job and live satisfaction from seeing and supporting other’s successes.

With his analytical brain, as a mentor he focuses on discovering the options, opportunities and showing possible directions.
