Software developer since 2004. I’ve started my career in firmware / embedded devices space. I’ve spent 15 years using C/C++ to spin electric motors, route vehicles and IP packets at various companies. During brief pauses between fixing memory corruption errors I’ve discovered simplicity and beauty of functional programming. Since 2021 I’m at Standard Chartered using Haskell for financial modelling. Father of three beautiful girls. Favourite pastime: birdwatching.
