Kalina Mikiewicz

Based in Warsaw, Poland, Kalina is responsible for providing overall HR leadership for over 7,000 employees in Romania, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Greece and Slovenia across all Honeywell businesses. Central Easter Europe is strategic geography for Honeywell from business growth perspective as well as since Global/Regional Centers of Excellence hubs and R&D centers are located in here and keep on expanding.

Kalina joined Honeywell in October 2023. Previously she worked for almost 19 years in British American Tobacco in various HR roles: CoEs, M&A integration, country and area leadership roles. Most recently she served as Head of HR for Germany and Central Europe North, covering: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland and Baltics. 

Privately she is a mother of 3 awesome kids. She loves enjoying life, sharing a laugh, discovering new places, cultures and tastes; cycling through the forest and immersing herself into books & arts.
