Monika Pylińska

Monika graduated postgraduate studies of Human Resources on Koźmiński University. Currently has over a dozen years in the HR area, mainly in the recruitment field. She has been working mostly  in the banking and technology sector. There are international recruitment companies (Grafton, Antal), technology workforce providers (Natek), as well as big corporation (Citi Bank, T-Mobile) in her employers’ portfolio. She used to be the recruitment leader managing teams of few people. 

She joined JP Morgan in December 2018, building the Warsaw Corporate Center almost from the beginning as well as supporting Risk Line of Business in the UK as the dedicated recruitment partner. Apart of her bau, which is managing recruitment processes, she took part in firmwide projects as Re-Entry program, Warsaw work & Training project and others. For more than a years she has been building technology hub for JP Morgan Chase in Warsaw. 

Privately Monika is a mother of two teenage boys and the owner of the golden retriever, spending as much as her free time outside of the city.
