Małgorzata Kowalczyk

Małgorzata has many years of experience in consulting services and IT projects. She has led many IT projects related to automation and management of business processes. The projects included process analysis and optimization, solution development, acceptance testing and production launch. She has also led a number of projects related to the operational audit of processes in different parts of the organizational structures of companies. The purpose of these projects was to identify inefficiencies in processes and eliminate them, as well as to redesign processes. In addition, she participated in projects aimed at implementing project management methodologies. Małgorzata has led projects for companies in various market sectors including pharmaceutical, telecommunications and retail.
