Rani (she/her) is a Staff, Technical Solutions Consultant at Google with over 15 years of experience in the cloud computing industry. Based in Warsaw, Poland, she spearheads complex cloud program delivery and application & database modernization projects for Google Cloud Consulting's strategic customers. Her expertise lies in Solution Consulting, Cloud Architecture, and Large Scale Technical Program Delivery.

Beyond technical excellence, Rani is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She leads Google Poland's Neurodiversity Advocacy Chapter and actively mentors through Google-supported initiatives like Google Poland Skill Up and other Women in Technology platforms. As a Technical Speaker, she regularly shares her knowledge at Google Developer Groups and industry events like past Perspektywy Summits.
