Aleksandra Piasecka

Aleksandra Piasecka is a Product Owner & Senior Product Designer at Digital Hub Warsaw @ Bayer, where she's been working since 2022. As a member of the Smart Interaction team, she is responsible for implementing new functionalities for the self-service portal (ServiceNow), which spans more than 50 countries. Her work involves shaping a new vision and target state that incorporates new Gen AI capabilities to meet the evolving needs of users. Additionally, she is responsible for creating modern UI for selected chatbots within the organization.

Her experience encompasses conducting user research and mapping the user journey from the current to the desired state. Using a human-centered design approach, she iteratively improves the user experience by leading the development of new designs and features that align with user, stakeholder, and best practice expectations.

In addition, Ola collaborates with SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences in Warsaw, where she shares her expertise in social innovation and the implementation of pro-environmental behavior using the Human-Centered Design methodology. This contribution aids in the development of the next generation of innovation leaders.
