Olga Wizny

Olga is the Director of Software Delivery Excellence in Pegasystems, where she works on supporting development teams with devops, performance and resilience testing, scaled agile services and QA tooling. She has over 19 years of experience in the tech industry.

She studied Electronics and Telecommunications at the technical University of Szczecin. Her career began as a consultant in the telecom industry. Later, she became an automation tester and the leader of a globally distribution system (GDS).

Olga joined Pega in 2024. Besides her daily duties and taking care of the Software delivery processes, she allocates her time in the initiatives which support and promote women. She is a mentor and servant leadership believer. Olga is also respected for her ability to manage teams and ensure that they are motivated, engaged and productive. She has a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams that consistently deliver high-quality results.
