Katarzyna Konczalska

Kasia Kończalska is a Software Development Manager for LLM Inference Engine team in Artificial General Intelligence organization at Amazon. She leads an engineering team that owns top-in-class engine serving as execution environment for LLMs and drives research and implementation of further innovations in the area of LLM inference optimization. Apart of her daily duties she is a passionate contributor to Amazon’s Women in Engineering group and member of LGBT+ community. In her personal life she enjoys living a simple life on the outskirts of Gdańsk together with her girlfriend Kasia (really!) and a cat, Kazimierz.
