Dominika Klichowicz

Dominika has over 18 years of HR and managerial experience gained in international organizations in Poland, Germany and Australia in various sectors including high-tech, e-commerce and fintech. She holds a master's degree in law and a postgraduate diploma in human resources management.

She worked both for large, mature and recognizable organizations Microsoft, Amazon and Allegro, as well as for startups such as the Finnish Mash Group and Vodeno, where she led People & Culture teams.

Currently, as Global Head of Talent Development & Engagement, she is responsible for leadership development and Learning & Development at OLX. OLX is a classifieds platform and 2500+ organization owned by Prosus headquartered in Amsterdam.

Outside of work, she is a mother of two children and a nature lover, as well as a technology and mindfulness enthusiast. She loves traveling, discovering new places and cultures. 

She is a mentor and actively supports the development of women in the IT and HR environment. She willingly shares her experiences and helps build career paths and find harmony between professional and private life.
