Marina Mielczarek

Currently, Senior Product Manager at OLX, responsible for building products within OLX EU Jobs category. Marina leads her team in providing AI-powered smart recruitment solutions. Previously she led the development of a start-up Fixly.pl. Prior to joining OLX, Marina was building fintech products supporting global investment banks and hedge funds investors. She believes that taking a risk is necessary for innovation and growth and empowers her product team to focus on learning and exploring new approaches. Outside of work, Marina is a big fun of hiking, mountains and cycling.
