Yasia Romanets

Yasia is the site lead for Pega's Cloud division in Poland, overseeing a team of over 100 professionals, including 30 leaders in people, product, and project management, as well as architects and scrum masters. Her career has been diverse, spanning roles from operations engineer and technical account manager to software engineer, scrum master, program manager, product manager, and now people manager. She holds a master's degree in AI from Jagiellonian University and is a graduate of The Leadership Consortium, a program taught by Harvard Business School scholars. Recently, Yasia was honored as one of the Top 100 Women in Cloud Computing in Poland by Perspektywy Women In Tech.

Yasia is deeply passionate about ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and actively participates in multiple groups. She previously served as a global co-chair for Pride@Pega ERG for several years.

Outside of work, Yasia has a passion for learning new languages. Personally, she cherishes her role as a mother to a wonderful son and the cutest cat.
