I’m Senior Scrum Master, working in IT industry for almost 7 years, starting as tester and automation tester, then switched to help teams and organization grow in Agile maturity. Currently I am working as a Tribe Scrum Master with Fintech client at HCLTech, helping company with smooth Agile transformation without comprise in deliverables and quality. I have certificate in Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). I extend my knowledge in Scrum, Agile and Project Management during chapters meeting with other Scrum Master and Agile coaches working in different environments. I discover new areas for personal improvement thanks to working in fintech domain.
