I have started my IT career in 2017, when I joined a game dev company as a project manager. After leading several games development there, I moved to my current company Godel Technologies Europe, where I got priceless and much valuable experience working with 3 different clients. I tried myself in several roles: team assistant, project manager, senior agile delivery coordinator and delivery manager. I was pleased to work with several scrum teams in different domains which gave me a wide view on how different companies operate, and I was also happy to see several companies transformations, including moving to Scaled Agile. I was managing projects from discovery till release, set up new teams and their ways of working, set up ways of working with new stakeholders, managed engagements growth and ramp down. I was also leading big engagements that consist of numerous teams, up to 100 people, setting up strategies and managing transformations.
