Alexandra Le Cam

Alex Le Cam is a Head of Equities Technology in Warsaw at Point72. Previously she had a long career at HSBC from software developer on the trading floors of Paris, New York, and London, to leading a division of 500 IT experts in Krakow as HSBC's Poland Markets Technology Head. As a Canadian who is naturalized French and British, Alex has a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and thrives in global organisations. She is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, actively participating in Women in Tech events and LGBTQ+ Pride activities. Alex's contributions to the field have been recognized in the Strong Women in IT Report in both 2021 and 2023, and she has been named an Outstanding Role Model by Involve as a LGBTQ+ executive.
