Maja Freitas Fuz

Hi! I'm Maja and I am a Product Manager working in Bayer, Crop Science Division. Currently, with my team we are working on digital solution that provides end to end visibility for Bayer employees for logistic processes. I came to Bayer with previous experience from the business side where I was working in Supply Chain Operations, so this background helps me to understand costumer needs and connect the dots when it comes to IT world. 
In my everyday work what I value the most are interpersonal relations (in Product Management it's critical to have good relations with your stakeholders so that's really something that you should take care of!) and straight to the point approach - there is no time to loose it on useless conversations without action plan, let's make the things happen ;) 
In my free time, I enjoy it with my dog, family and friends (with preference - outdoor), travel as much as possible and constantly look for something new in my life - the more we experience, the more we learn and the more joy we bring to our lives :)
