Wioletta Rembacz

My career started in the business world as a business analyst, after a few years, I transitioned to the technical side of IT, where I held various roles including Test Manager, Infrastructure Manager, and Development Team Lead in R&D. Currently, I work in Corporate Business Intelligence, where I’m responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data to help the organization make informed decisions. My diverse career path has given me a unique perspective on the entire IT landscape. I have a deep understanding of both the business and technical sides of IT, which allows me to effectively bridge the gap between the two.    

Communication and trust are at the heart of my leadership philosophy. I believe that by creating an environment where team members feel valued and empowered, we can achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Authenticity is key to building strong relationships and fostering a thriving work environment.    

Privately, I’m a mom of two teenagers. Being a mother is both challenging and rewarding. I’m also a sports enthusiast. I have a dog named Arbuz who is my best friend, we love spending time together :)
