Agnieszka Jagusiak as a Director of Product and Engineering at Allegro leads the team and development of the Consumer Transaction Convenience area. She ensures optimal transaction journey, driving a frictionless, secure and enjoyable experience for the customers. Agnieszka has years of experience leading the automation programs eg. in CX, digital transformation, IT management. She was awarded the IT Manager of Tomorrow prize in the People Leader category and Digital Excellence of the Year prize by CIOnet in the category of Digital Customer Experience. As a mentor and certified coach Agnieszka helps other leaders in their development.
