With 15 years of leadership across diverse industries like automotive and IT, Ewa has honed her skills as a People Leader in GlobalLogic. At IBM, she served as a Portfolio Manager and Transformation Manager, driving innovation and fostering a supportive environment for people development. Her tenure at Volvo as Logistic and Production Planning Manager further enriched her expertise. 

Outside of work, she is passionate about coaching and mentoring, embodying the principles of Management 4.0. 

Ewa believes in openness, transparency, and the recognition that everyone is unique and prone to mistakes. As a mentor, she is driven by the opportunity to share her knowledge while learning from the fresh perspectives of young individuals, particularly understanding the values and approaches of Generation Z.
