In my roles I have created learning organizations, in which there is a correct environment for continuous learning and development. I fallow this pattern, because I believe that in a current world everything can be copied in minutes, except from the speed at which organization can learn and adopt to constantly changing environment. I’m passionate about personal development and I will never stop enhancing my skills and inspiring others to do the same. Currently, responsible for building a global Cyber Academy and upskilling and reskilling agenda in Cyber Security for Standard Chartered.
