Nataliya Siromakha

Nataliya Siromakha is a vice president and Head of GlobalLogic HiCC DU that is focusing on Healthcare, Industry and Technology.

Nataliya has 20+ years of international experience in the software development business. She started her career with a start up that developed financial planning tools for educational institutions. 

She joined GlobalLogic 10 years ago and was responsible for managing teams in the Healthcare domain. Starting from April 2018 till April 2023, Nataliya led the GlobalLogic office in Kharkiv. GlobalLogic Kharkiv is among TOP 3 biggest R&D centers in Kharkiv, cooperating with over 1300 engineering professionals in Healthcare, Industrial, Commerce and Technology domains.

As of now, Nataliya is Head of HiCC DU covering Healthcare, Industrial, Energy, Commerce and Technology domains. There are above 1100 engineers in the unit. Nataliya is located in Cracow, Poland and is one of the leaders promoting DEI programs.

Nataliya graduated from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”  with a degree in management in 2000. In 2001 she received a master's degree in human relations and management from National Technical University of Agriculture.
