Kamila Koszewicz-Grzeszczak

Kamila is a legal executive with 14 years of experience. She is a licensed attorney and her main area of expertise is personal data privacy & IT law.

Since joining GlobalLogic in 2018 to lead GDPR compliance, she rapidly expanded her role over six years, establishing three legal functions and teams from the ground up. She crafted tailored programs and processes, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide to ensure implementation and maintenance.

Kamila currently leads 2 global functions (Privacy and Compliance, supporting 23 countries, over 30 k people) and 1 regional (supporting 10 countries of EMEA region, 6 k people).

At 34, she was the youngest person to get promoted by GlobalLogic to a Vice President role, joining a group of less than 0,5% employees who reach that seniority, and being one of only 20 women in such a role globally.

Often being the youngest person and the only woman executive "in the room", Kamila became a natural champion of diversity. She enjoys serving as a mentor to female professionals, encouraging them to advance in their careers and supporting them in that process.

She loves traveling, often with her dog, and is passionate about art, architecture and history.
