Izabela Duda

Iza joined 3M company in 2002 as a Quality Engineer in 3M Wroclaw, Poland. Her primary goal was to build knowledge of process validation in Quality Department. Throughout 22 - year career at 3M Iza build tremendous experience in various positions within the Quality, Manufacturing, Project Mangemet and Process Engineering organization.  She spends few years in the US and worked as a Project Manager responsible for knowledge and production transfer to Poland. During her career Iza was leading multifunctional and multinational teams on various strategic projects. Over the years she developed her leadership skills and today she is in charge of process engineering team responsible for entire production in Wroclaw.  On top of that she spent her time to share her experience and knowledge being involved in the different 3M activities related to the Women’s in tech company and tech related professions such as Women Leadership Forum and STEM Advocacy.
